Recently I had my first root canal procedure done at The Tooth Doctor. As I'm a senior citizen and a cancer survivor, I was always scheduled as the 1st patient of the day. The efficient staff were very attentive to my needs. They gave me clear directions on how to find my way to the clinic and I was sent a letter to use during the MCO. Dr Priya is very meticulous, professional and friendly. She put me at ease and explained in detail what was going to be done. The procedure was done very well without any fuss. I also had some crowns done with her. All staff wore PPE and the clinic was well sanitised. Ms Latha called me up a few days after the root canal was done to check on how I was feeling. The Tooth Doctor makes ‘going to the dentist’ a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this dental clinic.
I had a quick and painless extraction of my molar. Dr Priya and her team were very efficient before, during and after my visit to her clinic. I received a message reminding me of my appointment and the day after my extraction I received a call enquiring on my well being. I would definitely recommend going to the Tooth Doctor as the service rendered is excellent.
Crippling fear of dentists had kept me away from the chair for years. Dr Priya's came highly recommended because of her gentle approach. Dr Priya took the time to sit me down and talked me through the process. I wasn't completely fearless when I went for my first appointment but I left much braver.
